Something is wrong with your parking sensors if you get a tone when you put car in reverse.
There is a way to check your sensors. Put your car in reverse with the ignition on but not with the engine running. (turn your key I think 3 clicks till all lights on dashboard are running.) Leave hand brake on.
Then go to the back of your car and put your ear up against each sensor. You should hear them clicking, you will probably find that one is not clicking. That one will be your problem.
I had the same problem with mine. I gave them all a good clean. Then got under the bumper and removed the one causing a problem it was only held in by a spring clip. I gave it a clean on the rear plugged it all back in. Since then its worked fine.
I believe you can buy sensors but if i remember right they come as a set. the two on the far left and right have dog legged connections. So if your looking on Ebay for one make sure you get the right one.
If all your sensors are working it could then be a problem elsewhere. I think the control unit is somewhere under the spare wheel but could be wrong.
Good luck and hope this helps you

Gergs, like was mentioned, put your ear up next to each sensor with the car in Reverse. Listen for the clicks/high pitch squeal. The one not making noise is your problem. You can by the sensors individually (I have had to buy one). But, like was mentioned, 2 of them have angled plugs on the end, 2 don't. So, make sure you get the correct sensor. They are different in that the ones on the corners tend to aim more to the sides than the ones in the center.
