Hey guys,
I have a 2004 X-Type 3.0 with a failed radiator fan (driver side). The passenger side fan is fine, and the driver side has physical damage (fan wobbles etc).

I plan to do the repair myself, but looking for some advice.

I can get a generic/universal fan for $30-40 but it is the kind you zip-tie/cable-tie in place.

I can get a used fan assembly (complete) for $90 on eBay

I can get a new x-type aftermarket assembly for $135 on eBay

I can try the local junkyards for in-tact assemblies.

Or if someone here has one for sale, let me know.

Thanks for any advice on which way might be best, and any advice on the install.
