Hi I have a base 06 x type and found a higher end model and would like to update my radio to Blue tooth. Any ideas on what I would need to get to make it work? I think its a module because the radios look the same and i have the button for a cell phone.

there should be a bluetooth module in the boot(trunk) left hand side at the bottom or right hand side of the "stack" (DVD/CDC)

 

Is the wiring harness there hidden?

 

Yes, the wiring harness should be tucked away somewhere behind the Stack, yellow label marked "phone" is the fiber optic connection, a single yellow plug, and a grey multi plug!
This setup is for the later bluetooth setup, which I think yours will be, but the later module will fit in earlier cars as well!!
