Default re programming key fob

jag x type 2.00 l year 2007.

I have one fob which works perfectly and one which doesn't work. However I do have the security label from the key transmitter, can I use this to programme the fob that doesn't work or do I have to do the whole procedure and programme both keys?

If I understand you properly, you have 2 keys and 2 FOBs and only one of the FOBs is not working . . . Assuming you have validated that the FOB not working does have a good working battery, the procedure to reprogram this FOB is in the attached Technical Bulletin.
