Hi can anybody tell me which relay in the engine bay fuse box of a 04 x type diesel is relay for heater plugs

Scanned from my Haynes manual. R10 is the glow plug relay. R11 next to it is Dip beam relay, and looks to be same part. Try swapping R11 to R10, then start engine. If good start you just need to get a new relay. Hope this helps.
