Even for OE remotes, you can find them on Ebay. I bought one for my car there and it works great. Hopefully you have a working key though. If you need the key portion of the fob, that needs to be cut and programmed. Programming the remote portion is super easy. The transponder in the actual key, not so much...

if you need the top half with the key itself, those are about the same cost - uncut (like euro-****-stars) - but you have to get it cut at a dealer - no local locksmythe would touch it, and the dealer charged me $125 to cut and program the key last month (programming the fob is dirt simple, bit i'm just not that handy with a metal file, so i paid up and tried not to think about it).
