Remote rubber button pad replacement

Remote rubber button pad replacement
Does any one know where I can buy just the button pad for this remote?
The dealer said I would have to buy the entire remote.
The rubber knobs on the other side of the button pad are getting worn down so they don't hit the buttons on the circuit board which makes unlocking difficult.
I have a 2003 xtype
