replace normal stereo with aftermarket satnav

Hi, I have a jaguar X-type 2007 year. I have a normal stereo unit with CD player (no CD changer) but with phone connection/bluetooth which I'd like to replace with an aftermarket DVD satnav system. Is it possible? How about wiring? Is there in this model a fiber link as I have heard some models do have? Thank you
