Jag dealer tells me that both upper front strut mounts are deteriorating. Something about foam falling apart? Not sure if you just replace the mounts or the entire strut, but they are wanted to charge me $1941, with $1056 of that as parts. So what exactly are they replacing and what should it cost? I did not authorize the repair and have the car back now, but want to see what my options are going forward. Thanks
