Compare the price of the dealer's with Motorcars Ltd, when the upper mounts were backordered for over 6 months, they fabricated their own and sold a ton.

Other than that...not sure where.

If you get the upper mounts done, since it's totally apart anyway, get the lower shock bushings replaced...small additional cost, but you won't have to worry about it again.

Just a thought here but if i could find the thickness of the rubber in the upper shock mounts I could probably find a place to rebuild the plates using aluminum stock and the ride wouldn't be any worse than what I'm currently living with and it would cost substantially less while never wearing out..

Or better yet I bet I could some place to rebuild it with poly instead of rubber bushing material.

So on that note does anyone know what the thickness is?

Meh...maybe I'll stick a chunk of old tire in there so i can at least feel the difference between metal on metal and some rubber in there....
