reversing light problem

Question reversing light problem

This is my 1st thread, i have a problem with the reversing lights and reverse parking sensors on my 2001 2.5 x type,i have checked the fuse which is ok, anyone got any ideas

I had no reverse lights too when I got the car.

Check the relay in the under hood fuse box on the drivers side of the engine bay. Mine had gone bad. An easy test is to swap it for the horn relay (they are the same).

thanks, i crossed the wires from the switch and the reversing lights came on so it seems its a faulty switch
