Can someone tell me if the F19 Mini 15amp blue is the same as the D1 Fuse. Am trying to disable the screenwash pump because the windshield lever at the right side of the steering wheel is broken and the pump motor is making a howling noise. I did not locate an f19 in the engine compartment fuse box. I found , according to the fuse box chart a d1. i took it out and the pump was disable, however the car performance was restricted and the red warning light came on.

Any advise on how to disable the sceenwash pump or correct this problem would be greatly appreciated.
