I don't know about jag, but GM has lifetime warrenty on seatbelts, and I thing every car should...as long as its not tampered with.

 

funny thing..seatbelt brok on driver seat on my girls jag. i found a 03 that cought on fire, took the driver seat with motors and belt for $50.. leather was smoke damaged.
you need a T45 or t50 to change it and the wired unplug from the harness fairly easy.
if you need to buy the torques bit let me know and ill go double check the size you need.
if its the passenger side you need by some chance i can grab you it tomorrow and ship it to you.
