Im given to undertsand here in dubai, that 2008 onwards models come with the shark fin on the hood (antenna);
can anyone advise me if it is only for decorative purpose(as in BMW,mercs) and if this accessories is still produced?
anyidea if it can be externally fixed on 2007 model?

That being said I've no idea on the shark-fin, I'd assume it's an aftermarket addition. Then again Adamesh has an "aerial cover" for "the existing aerial" while the they should be integrated in the rear window...

There's also this. Both are just covers however, though surely you could fit one just for looks

But check this pic, and more here. No idea on retrofit possibility (everything's possible, just not viable sometimes), and it's likely to be difficult to get one unless you buy it as a spare from Jag. Few 2008 have ended up for breaking yet.
