Be A Show Off

The reason for the X-Type's existence was to attract younger buyers and generate excitement around the Jaguar brand.
This summer I'm doing a custom mesh upper and lower grill, something a little more open weave, changing the tail pipes to 4" that stick out an inch or so more than stock, the air intake is just waiting for me to pick it up, but it's in WA state so might be a few weeks. I think weowe it to the world to make our cars the most they can be. Kudos to anyone who can make their cars more than they were originally. If I worked for someone say like Microsoft and had stock options I might even do airbags.
I wouldn't really call my jag a hot rod. My friends and I call it a ballers whip. Hondas are very cheap with their low built budget quality along with all those rice rocket cars. I don't race so I don't need a super fast car. I modified the jag because it is rare and unique to see one modified. There are plenty of hondas with some big exhausts and ugly tailights.
Love the looks of super low profile tires. I had them on my last project (non Jag) and was extremely careful with it but still ended up bending two of the 4 rims. Don't know how you guys keep them in good shape. Of course I live in North Dakota where the roads can be marginal at times.
Finally got a chance to show off my X. Just recently is sitting on some new 18" Proteus wheels along with Bridgestone Potenzas! This car has undergone a dramatic difference since I first bought. It even turns way more heads on the street than my friends' red e46 M3!
Is that "shark fin" antena for show? Just asking because every time I turn my rear defrost on I will lose my radio and was thinking of a way to fix it.
I know your dilemma, I still have the same problem because the fin is purely for show. it does look good in person though, really adds a nice dynamic to the roofline.
Here's a few of mine. Tint, added Proteus wheels, clear side indicators, painted engine cover, custom tails. Not in pictures - "Jaguar 3.0 Sport" bonnet badge, piano black shift knob with green growler inlay. Of course upper and lower mesh grills, duh!

This is mine, had it since february and have recently aquired the Minas rear quad lights... they're not fitted yet though. Im UK based and am also a Jaguar Land Rover worker within powertrain development at Gaydon.
The alloys are 19" and 8.5J, also yet to be fitted is my dvd/ipod headunit and vibe bandpass unit.
