My aircon has been working great all through the hot spell , we just had , here in UK . Today I took my wife to town & realised the air was blowing quite warm . I had a quick fiddle about but couldn't get the temp very far down. Then I realised the recirculate button was lit !! Silly me I must have hit it by mistake . I clicked it off ..Wowzer !! back to freezing cold aircon !!You live & learn

 

That's strange. My AC is colder with the recirculate button on. When you turn it off you will get air from the outside, which is warmer.
