Silver grille
My old X type had a Chrome heritage /classic grille & I liked it . My newer XSpirit has a sports style mesh grille in mat black ( Looks a bit cheap to me )
So with a cheap can of my favouite default silver ( Vauxhall Star Silver , UK GM ) I silvered up the grille . Just took minutes & looks a heck of a lot classier IMHO....

I think the BRG (British Racing Green colour) and the chrome goes very well, very nice indeed.
You wouldn't think it was DIY, Psss, (just don't tell anyone its VAUXHALL PAINT!) HA HA!
Did you change the chrome bumper strips as well?
As usual, I am scared stiff of removing them as I am clumsy and I tend to break things!
Plus the cost of then having to go and DO IT AGAIN!
