SOLUTION FOR REMOVING SPEED LIMITER!

I found this site and right now it has no X-type ECU's but I'm sure if it has that many S-type ECU's it should eventually get an X-type one! I'm pretty certain that those ECU's should work on cars from the US as well. The reason this should delete the limiter is because they don't have speed limiters in Europe!
