Jaguar Diagnostic PDA/PC/Laptop
I was just wondering does anyone know where i can buy one of these or where i can get software. at reasonable prices say $1k or less since it costs like $100 a visit to a dealership i reckon ill save myself a butt load in the long run plus i could do cool things like remove the limiter and when i finnally get around to installing a PC into the jag i could hook it up permanently and have a cool car diagnostic thingie on the screen.

Well if anyone can get me the software. Or knows where i can get the software it would be much appreciated since the hefty price tag is probably due to the hardware. So if theres a JAG tech out there who willing to make a copy or the disk/HD and send it to me either electronically or physically id HUGELY APPRECIATE IT

As far as I know, and I don't know much, they don't sell anything to tweak up the ECU on the Jag. Dashhawk from MSD ignition has a handy little gizmo that connects to the OBD connecter and you can monitor and transfer the data onto your PC the engine stats and what not...
As for getting rid of the engine limiter you have one of two options:
Order an ECU from the UK
or
Do what I did....(I can't in my right mind tell you how, since it's against the law and I can be fined 25K)
But, i will tell you this, get a good schematic and trace the speedo wires....
