1999 Cougar with a full body kit, running a 100 shot of nitrous, among tons of other mods... All the work was done by myself. The motor threw a rod right before I was going to trade it in - I guess that hitting the nitrous one last time wasn't such a good idea! Oops. There's a pic linked below;

Jvegas: Yeah - pretty sure. My 442 was a basic model with the 400 - 325 HP and 308 gears. It just wasn't that quick compared to the other stuff around at the time.

I was driving two vehicles on and off before I moved over to the X-Type. I was driving a 97 Nissan Altima, which I gave to the youngest son, and my lift 97 Ford Expedition.

The Jag is the latest in my series of "Winter Beaters" or daily drivers. I started with
a 1984 Skoda, then a 1986 Toyota Tercel SR5 4x4 wagon, then a 1990 BMW 325iX and then a 1991 BMW 325iX. So far the jag has had more failures than all the other cars combined.

Geez I have owned so many cars before my X..
6 different v8, 5spd Mustangs
1 Thunderbird
1 MkvII LSC
1 MkvIII
1 VW Shirocco
1 Monte Carlo SS
1 Dodge Dart Swinger v8
1 Saab 9000s
And I traded my 2001 Mazda MP3 in for my current 04 X-Type. It shares the driveway with my 09 Nissan Murano. My 87 Mustang Gt vert gets the garage since its a weekend/nice weather cruiser.
