Sputter & missing on acceleration
My 2004 jaguar x type 3.0 automatic just started sputtering and missing on acceleration doesnt do it when at a constant speed. It seems like it needs to get warmed up before it happens because it does it after driving for 10 minutes it doesnt idle rough it sounds good and no flucuation in the rpms. It doesnt do it until I reach at least 45mph. I replaced the fuel filter today and still not any better. I changed the plugs and upper & lower intake manifold gaskets and the throttle body gasket a week ago and ran fine until yesterday. Thought maybe it is an O2 sensor but here is the code im getting (OBD II code PO112 Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit Low) can anybody tell me what the heck this means in normal english and what and how do I fix the problem. Thanks for your help...

Of course it could just be a bad senor, but check the air intake hose between the throttle body and the MAF sensor for leaks. Although I suspect you should get a MAF code if there was problem there.
And there may be a problem with the trottle body acutators, too, such as worn or dirty. I had the electrical connector deteriorate on mine and break, although I found it before it caused any problems.
