Default SRS Fault B2692

Read this code today, SRS code on the dash is 52. Seat belt switch. Any suggestions before I take the seat out and look to clean connectors? Seems like this is the first thing people are doing for these types of codes. Am I on the right track?

The code indicates a switch malfunction in the passenger seat belt buckle. I would try spraying contact cleaner into the seat belt buckle and exercise it by inserting and removing the buckle a few times.
If it cleans out the switch the fault will clear itself.

I also remembered another time that I had a problem with my drivers buckle. My wife had positioned the seat to the rear as far as it would go. The wires from the buckle got caught up in the track and it had pulled one loose from the rear side of the large connector under the seat.
You might want to check that too.
