X-type 2.0L Automatic 2003 has indicate the check engine light and we find the fault in cam sensor (Cam position sensor range/performance fault [P0346]). I replace the cam sensor. But the problem is not solved. Then we check the engine wire harness and its OK.

Hi,
So walk us through what is actually happening there for you....
You have an amber check engine light displayed.....but if you turn the key to start the car, does the engine turn over normally (crank) and if so, does it start?
Have you pulled the ECM fuses for 30 minutes to try to clear any temporary errors from the ECM?
I think with the 2002 production model you have you are looking to pull F32 and F37.
That might clear any ECM lock out you might be experiencing, so you can resume testing for other issues and codes.
