Hi Guys,
I was just checking the steering oil reservoir and i notice that it was empty now what should i do is there oil leaking yeah I have been hearing noices from the wheel .

what oil should I put into this? can i drive the car ? do I need to do any specific check?

please advice

I'm sure there will be varied opinions on the correct Power Steering fluid..but I use in mine, which is also what the dealer uses as well is:

Open the reservoir cap and add till it is filled to the center ring thingy in the middle, the cap I think has a depth mark gauge for cold and or hot..Basically, if you can see it you're about full...Yes do it while the engine is off.

 

In a very cold climate as below 0 deg F, I enjoy using Castrol automatic transmax Z and it's working great with me, it's also synthetic oil.
