Default Steering rack replacment

Hey guys, have a bad seal and leaking thru boot. I know the typical start is to remove the tie rod ends / bolts to rack and disconnect the steering column. I am not seeing the hoses to how to disconnect them ? I found a video from you tube in Russia but can not tell what they are doing, looks like they are separating the frame to make room to remove it ? Thanks for any help
