Default Sticking Brakes (all 4) X type 2006

Hi Guys

I was wondering if someone could please help...
I have a Jaguar x type 2006 (in uk if any international members here)
I had weakish brakes (changed pads discs etc still same)
Then during an mot the brake pipe(s) started leaking. Drove about 5 miles round trip to get other unrelated parts for mot and brakes completely failed so was using gears/handbrake to slowdown for about 4 miles.
Anyway pipes sorted by garage and everything else too and mot a good pass.

However on my way back I noticed the brakes are sticking massively - all 4 wheels.... took back to garage. They said calipers etc working fine.
They changed the master cylinder and brakes are sticking around 60% less than before.
There seems to be release from ABS pump-pressure comes out like someone's pressing brakes from inside. Garage not sure...
Any ideas what the problem could be
I read it could be brake booster servo or possibly abs pump / module...
Please help !
