Default Taking the kitty cat in for 100K service Thusday, did I miss anything?

Hey dudes,

So I am taking the cat in for 100K service Thursday to a Euro Import specialty shop which everyone within a 15 mile radius knows and trusts. I am not going to the *********** so they can charge me for changing wiper blades, rotating tires, dancing around the car, etc. BTW - the car runs great, except for an occasional hesitation when hitting the gas, when in motion going slow (like coming out of a turn).

I am getting:
Tansfer case service $170 (talked him down from $250)
Differential service $95
Tune Up $198 (with me supplying NGK iridium plugs I got off ebay for $52)

I am going to ask them to measure how much fluid comes out of the transfer case, since I know you guys are interested in that.

What else am I missing (besides oil change)? I did get the fuel filter and brake fluid changed recently. They will not do a tranny flush. Are the prices above fair?

Thanks dudes

I appreciate the lack of interest in my thread. Anyway.

Just spoke to the guy, he said the transfer case fluid had all the fluid it should have and it really did not look that bad when he took it out.

Kind of makes me second guess, why I did it in the first place to open up that seal if there was nothing wrong with it. You guys got in my head.

Hey, you would never have known unless you had it checked and changed. Now you have done two things... (1) confirmed you have enough fluid in there, and (2) the fluid is clean/fresh, where the other fluid may have started braking down from the heat. You've just given yourself some peace of mind, so don't secondguess that preventative maintenance.

Maybe need a coolant flush also... i do mine every 40k or so, or every three (3) years, whichever comes first.

Other than that, sounds like you've got your bases covered, though I do not know x-types THAT well. Are you missing your scoop on that transfer case?
