Hi everyone , well I managed to get the transfer box off my 3.0L auto jag ,ordered a new bearing set, thinking he he I can do this the cheap way, but when I seperated the transfer box one of the main gears inside has major damage on its teeth , oddly the gear that meshes with it has no damage at all, weird, does anyone know where I can get a replacement part for it or am I now facing the bigger cost of buying a recon transfer box, thanks for any replies.

 

Found a place here in the UK, they are now on holiday but I will speak to them on the 3 rd of Jan,they rebuild for Jaguar & told me they can either supply a reconcile box for 650 pounds or supply the parts I need for my rebuild.
