Default Transfer Case Pinion Shim?
Does this shim really exist or was this a rig that someone did? The inner diameter is not snug and it is bent off center. Any ideas? I want to leave it out if it does not belong.

I found a similar shim when I changed the pinion bearings. I suspect it is fitted to take up previous compression of the collapsible spacer.

Oh ok. Glad I'm not the only one. I guess I could remove. I have a different spacer anyway.
