Upgrade 2004 X-Type for GPS and Backup camera
2004 X-Type 3.0 with standard radio.
I want to upgrade to a sound system with a GPS with wireless backup/reverse camera and Bluetooth. Has anyone done this kind of upgrade to a 2004 X-Type? I want to make sure that it has a correct fit and that I can still use all of the steering wheel controls. I would also consider a standalone GPS/Backup but I do not want to spend over $150. Has anyone done this with a Tablet?

Look up a member named Dennis Black and see what he did. Will give you an idea what might be involved. Also, just some general searching as this is something that comes up from time to time. I have a feeling you are looking for something that is pretty much plug and play. Not quite that simple. It will cost you way more than $150.
