Water in headlight

my 03 did this. the back cover was not on all the way. I had to remove the back cover and place a hair drier pointed in the light housing for about 30-45 minutes to dry up all the water. after that I put the cover back on and it was fixed. the one problem that causes this is, when water gets in the light and then you clip the rear cover on all the way you lock the water in.
one would think the water would evaporate, but it never does because the light housing is air tight. you have to dry all the water up then put the cover back on.
my light would get condensation on the lens from time to time. that is how I found out there was water in it.
