Can anyone advise the part number and UK supplier for the idler pulley and belt for the water pump on my 2002 X Type 2.5L?

Many thanks for the info. Do you know if it's possible to buy just the idler pulley and not the whole tensioner assembly?

 

I highly doubt it.

 

I have found a company in USA who claim to have one that fits the 3.0L but not 2.5L engine. See link https://www.dormanproducts.com/p-4844-419-631.aspx

I suspect a pulley may be available in UK but locating it is a bit of challenge.

 

I obtained:

Idler pulley = EP198
Belt = 3PK0590

Both Dayco Part Numbers, and I hear that outside OZ is not easy.

NuLine use the same pulley numbers, maybe available elsewhere.
Thatbelt number is s Standard generic Part Number used, or converted, by nearly all Brands.
