hook up for disc changer or what?

found it on the drivers side in trunk behind carpet while changing out bulbs

 

I'd say that is a good guess. What is under the bubble wrap for connectors? I doubt that cable came from the factory wrapped in bubble wrap. Maybe someone pulled the disc changer out and wrapped up the cables??

 

Don't think it had amp or changer prior the stock radio I took out was the low end version It was used as a VPs car before i bought it so i doubt any work was done to it The bubble wrap looks factory ill mess with more over weekend
