I have Dunlop Direzza DZ101 but this will be the last summer on these as they are getting noisy and have not worn that great, they were on the car when I bought it. I am thinking about going to the Michelin Pilot Super Sport for next year. The reviews seem to be great but they are strictly a summer tire. I run General Altimax Arctic in the Winter.

 

What Tyres depends on the Rims you have and whats available for those..?

My X-type has 18"x8.5" BBS 'Indianapolis' rims (have 5) and these are
fitted with PIRELLI Pzero Rosso 245x40ZR18

For my money and usual driving conditions (hot, dry sealed roads).... these
tyres are the best for performance, with safety and comfort that is unsurpassed. (look no further)

 

I have the 16 x 6.5 alloys, and bought the car with a new set of (don't laugh!) Mastercraft MC-440s on it.

They are a little loud inside, but they are actually a damn good match to the car. I'll leave them on for the winter, but I am partial to Uniroyal Tiger Paws on my highway cars, so come springtime, it will either be a set of those, or Pirelli Cinturato P7s.
