Default Wheel order for brake fluid rep?

What is the wheel bleed order for brake fluid replacement?

Also, thanks for all the quick, accurate responses to my previous questions. This is a great site, at least for me.

I don't think it is critical as there are separate lines to each, but traditional procedure is passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front, bleeding the furthest away line first.

Bill,

Also a good idea to remove the old fluid from the reservoir before you begin with a syringe or similar and replace with new so that you start flushing new fluid down the lines from the start.

Norri is spot on like usual.

When removing the old fluid, just be careful not to completely drain the reservoir or you end up pushing air through the system. So take most of it out with a fluid transfer device or turkey baster, then add new fluid to the little bit of old fluid. Frequently check the level in the reservoir as you go to make sure it is topped up while bleeding. Once you get clear clean fluid and no bubbles at the first wheel, move to the second and so on.
