Wheel Rim Cross-Application

Greetings and happy many returns!
I have recently acquired 2 sets of wheels which don't fit on my only form of transportation a Bianchi bicycle and, am having the hardest time figuring their use...
I'd like to know the best reference title for these which would indicate vehicles they fit on for obvious purposes...
The following is information copied from the rims except-
I measured the diameters inside the bead and both sets are 17"[within a 1/4"]

From the information you gave, both sets are 16 inch. The first set matches the standard 16-inch X-type wheel size. I can't help with the other set. A picture of these wheels would certainly help.
