When Turning I hear big Loud SCREACH!
What could it be? Lack of oil somewhere? Only when I turn it will screach real loud and bad and most of the time it dosnt even happen. Its really random...
Any clues?

Have you looked at the Power Steering fluid level? How about the Serpentine drive belt, how old and is it cracked? Temporary solution is to use Belt dressing to give the belt some adhesion to the pulleys. They too can be the source of the problem if they get oil or slippery lubricants on them. Power wash the engine.
Of course I am assuming your SCREACH is a SQUEEL from the belt.
Tires SCREACH when you take a corner too fast.

Have you looked carefully at the belt? Does it make sound when cold or hot or random? Is it a hard 90 degree turn or a 75 to 80 degree also? Is there slack in the belt? How much can you move it by pressing down on it? Have you tried belt dressing?
Probably worn front break pads. There is a metal tab that rubs on the rotor to tell you that your pads are worn and need replacing. When you turn the caliper moves a bit and metal tab hits the rotor making a squeeling sound. Check your break pads.
