I have a 2004 X-Type and I was trying to reset the check engine light. In doing so I disconnected the negative battery cable and left the positive connected. I left the car that way for about five minutes and then started and restarted the car about five times. After all of that I had to reset the windows. All of the windows reset to where they can automatically go up and down except for the drivers window. It can go automatically down but not automatically up. When it goes all the way down to the bottom it creates a short buzz noise right when it stops at the bottom. How can I get my window to work right again? Also, does anyone know what went wrong. (I never got the check engine light to reset.)
