Window regulator motor makes noise but glass doesn't move.

Which part is broken? Will motor from another car fit?

It'll be the little plastic guide bittys, you can buy them but the cable may be toast also you would need to take it out to check.
Can't help with alternatives.

Plastic pin was inside door, I just installed it.

The pin that goes through the glass? That's not common.

It was like 2 part pin. My Cadillac Catera had same problem and solution.
