Hi XXsports........when I had my 02 X I ran Pirelli PZero all seasons which were more than enough to cope with any snow / ice I found. As long as the tyres are in good shape with plenty of tread I never ever had any real problems to speak of.
Bojangles is your man if you wanna chat snow tyres setups...............he's a big fan and really goes for it. Lives in Canada too so gets pretty bad winters.

I'm running Michelin Pilot Alpins on factory sport 17s. Mostly because of extreme Canadian cold conditions and ice. Summer is for my summer set.

Being from Canada originally, it certainly feels good to live in South Carolina now and not have to worry about these things. Phew
