Okay long story in short version

-passenger side low beam kept going out
-harness burned on both sides
-both headlights wouldnt aim properly
-bought totally new headlights, took off bumper, and installed with new HIDs (cut off factory harnesses)

now passenger light keeps not working sometimes. If i turn the headlights off then back on it will come on. ???

 

Ryan, sounds like the factory wiring is having power issues. if an HID bulb does not get sufficient power, it will flicker and wink at you. That is what it sounds like to me. That or your ballast on that side is going out. if you can, swap the ballasts between sides and that will tell you if it is a ballast issue or a wiring issue.
