Broke the handle off my dip stick , engine oil. Does the dip stick tube come out of the engine block? Any other ideas to get it out and replace?

 

The dip stick is make from a ferrous material (I just went out to my X-Type and double checked). Hence, the obvious solution for you would be to use a magnet on a stick (those are available for purchase (cheap), with an extendable stick (like an antenna)) to pull the stick out with that magnet.

PS: ...if you cannot get it with small pliers or tweezers...

 

Part number for dipstick is C2S20878. I haven't tried it but it looks like you remove 1 bolt on the dipstick tube mount then simply pull and twist the tube off. Just an O-ring sealed slip fit into the engine.
