so took my car for an oil change and they came out to start the car it wouldn't start. Never had an issue with the car before. I stopped by and tried to start it but the DSC fault came up. No idea what the issue is. It finally started today, 5 days later. i want to drive it up to the Jaguar place but it is 2 hours away and afraid it will just stop while driving.

help!

Read the codes first. You can do it at any autozone store and etc. + Check the battery. Seems to me like it's almost dead

Replace/check battery wires. I have only gotten gearbox fault when my battery was dead or there was something holding back the current

Positive battery cable is a great place to start looking. The cable that runs from the battery, down low and then up into the bottom of the engine compartment fuse box. It 1 gets hot and 2 has a tendancy to have the insulation wear and short out. DSC fault on the dash display is exactly what happened to me.
