Default X type jerking

Hi guys my x type 2003 2.5 studders or jerks sometimes when it’s at about 1500 - 2000 rpm and about 60-80 km
I’ve change the Catalytic converter bank 2 and both o2 sensors in that bank. And I had a vacuum leak so I replaced a hose that goes to the intake manifold and it was running good but then it started jerking again. Pls help

when you say "sometimes" ...how often?
do u remember what those codes were?
did replacing that hose totally cure it, and if so, for how long?
is this jerking identical to before you changed that hose?
is it only when engine is cold or hot or combination if both?
take note of it does it more when the gas tank is low or less when gas tank is full

my first total guess is a bad coil or plug....they will stutter and hesitate at those rpm/kph for a good long while before throwing a code.
but lets delve deeper before jumping the gun

it pretty much comes on every time u drive the car and it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold or if my fuel level is low or full and when I replaced the hose it was cured for like one day then it started jerking again after and no sorry I don’t remember the codes that were showing

if the plugs and coils are old i would start there and teplace them.as most vacuum issues throw codes quickly.
while you have the manifold off you can also replace the upper intake gaskets as they are right there and should be replaced on high milage/older x's
a bad coil or plug...or 2 will cause that symptom, and like i said, wont always throw a code

What grade of fuel do you use? If you are using regular grade maybe that is what is contributing to it. Some cars seem to very very sensitive to that sort of thing.
