Just posting as requested.

Ilike my x-type, it rides the best when driven fast, over 75MPH. It's fantastic in the snow, as good as my Expedition (except for clearance).

No update really....as before, the car was found totally stripped clean, wheels n tyres, whole iinterior, back light cluster, front light cluster ....prettym uch everything as far as I could tell[&:]

Dealig with the insurance as a total loss has been a real nightmare to date........lots of phone calls back n forth, phone calls from the salvage people, police reports to deal with, different insurance company for the GAP, DVLA licensing centre etc etc.
I'd only taxed the car a few days before as well.....

I'm hoping it'll be all sorted soon though.....fingers crossed!

I'm still soo angry about it.........There's no way I'd ever get back anywhere near the money I put into it. The thing was, it was a car I could see myself keeping quite happily for a few years!

Update - Not good!
Insurance Co have paid out £8000 minus excess and Gap Insurance approx £1100........Unfortunately its about £5k short for the total finance[&:]
This is because of a trade in etc etc and negative equity so basically I have to fund the shortfall myself..........nightmare!
And wer'e still a car short into the bargain......lifes a beeeatch at the mo[:@]

Sorry to hear...[:@]...insurance is a scam and the sad part is you did nothing and yet your screwed because of some criminal.

 

Anyone else having a hell of a time getting posts to actually post? Any reply or new thread i try and create, especially with images or links, comes back as website reset.
