I wouldn't mind living over there! I'm sure some things are different over that way though...probably take a while to get used to...I'll be coming your way next vacation...how's that sound Jim? I bet it'd be really expensive to go over there though!

Although my plates cost me $180 last year so maybe it wouldn't be too expensive when you consider in 5 years I'll have nearly 1k spent in tags...man the roads suck considering I will have paid that much in that amount of time! Makes no sense that the tags go off initial vehicle price...should go off weight as this car is probably lighter than any other 4 door gm car!

 

You're right...........It is expensive over here for fuel, food and just about everything else. You guys have it pretty good I reckon although I'm not so sure about the private health care set up.
If you're commin over Aquill you'd better be saving your dollars at the current exchange rate it'll cost a packet.

I'm sure I'd never be able to afford a trip your way for a while...I do want to come out that way though see all the history...My ultimate goal someday is see the inside of a castle...I've always thought that was sweet...perhaps a irish pubs see if they are anything like the movies!

Cool............Stirling Castle and Edinburgh Castle are both only 30 mins or so away and are fantastic, the William Wallace monument is close too. I'm sure there are plenty of Irish pubs around as well.
I'd be happy to take some time out an show you guys around if you get here!

Hey bigs I was waiting for you to dawg him...pretty sure he wasn't the one that wanted all the things to happen it was more his greedy agent but still at the end of the day he is the man that would be able to tell that man off! I heard he was coming to Detroit there for a sec...I could care less either way...I love all the other guys on the tigers line-up...can't wait for next year...liking this year in hockey and basketball thus far! Shoot football too! I hope we make it to 10 wins that would be awesome!
Any idea when ricky will be playing for you guys? Not like it matters I tried to keep track of how he did in the Canada league and it seemed like he sucked...just regular back...

 

He has no passion for the game, but I hope he just helps us win ONE game. My goodness do we SUCK! I've never been so ashamed of being a sports fan in Miami. I don't even open the Sports page anymore. My Giants are my only hope of any happiness this coming spring.

I think Michigan in OT by 3. Henne and Hart really need to step up big in this one, though.

On a side note, someone devirginzed the Jag. Some ******* backed into her Jag leaving three 4" gashes in the rear bumper. Didn't leave any apology note/insurance information/nada. Just goes to show you how insensitive people can be. It's going to be a major pita to touch it up too. I should snap pics when I get a chance.

Anyways, if I don't get back on here before Thanksgiving, hope everyone has a good holiday and safe travel. Mmmmmm foood!

This may sound crazy but I do hope uofm wins...although I'm a state fan! I'll be putting up Christmas lights at my grandparents' house today but I'm sure my aunt who is a uofm fan will keep me filled in! That sucks someone running into her car....I hate that[:@]!!! Someone within the last 2 weeks side swiped my escape and left a nice 2 foot by not very thick crease on the rear drivers panel/fender...what sucks is that I wont be able to just have it hammered out...*******s![:'(][:@] Why I oughta! Ain't worth making a claim on my insurance I know that!

Taters and gravy...and turkey...oh my! ~~well minus the beer and with some egg nog...yummy!

It ain't so bad in the Smoky's. We get seasons, weather, all that goes with it. Buddy of mine in Cali debated moving here for the winter just to see what it was like not to have sun and heat 24/7
