Default x type problems

I am new to forum and also to jags.

I bought a x type 2004 jag estate which has problems so got it cheap. I had an auto electrician look at it and he gave the faults as follows.

U2511. CAN data mis-match
U2510. CAN invalid data for car security
U2197. Invalid vehicle speed data
U1900. CAN communications bus fault
B2141. Control module configuration failure
B1359. Ignition run / accessory circuit failure

Should I worry or panic
