Hi folks,
This is an interesting one. Changed the front side lights recently for LED ones and all has been fine for 4 weeks. Then the nearside went out.Wiggling the wires made no difference but I didn't remove the bulb. A week later I parked up and left the side lights on. As I walked past the front of the car I noticed that the remaining bulb (off-side) was flashing on and off for about 30 secs then went out - not to reappear! Quite bizarre. Anyone else had anything similar?? Thanks.

 

Just in case anyone else has this problem the reason was that the bulbs were defective. More expensive ones were installed and have been working fine for over a year now.
Lesson learnt on cheaper parts!
