Hello, as the title says my jag makes a ping from the front about 5-10 seconds after shutting off. My nearest dealer is about 2 hours away and they will be taking a look at it when I get the time. Any idea what it could be?

I believe that's normal. I forget what it actually is, the local dealer told me something or other, but I've had mine 4 years and its every time i turn the engine off (2018 XE S V6)

My F-Type V6 (same engine) does the same although it is more of a loud click than a ping, I reckon it's just a relay shutting down and nothing to worry about.
It is not the same sound that a worn SC coupler makes on shut down, that sound is more of a metallic "clonk" and there is no delay let alone 5 plus seconds.
