Question Ecoboost or Ingenium (XE 25t - 2017)

Is there a way to definitely identify which exactly 2.0L engine I have? From the wiki page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaguar_XE#Petrol XE 25t produced with two very similar 2 litre engines. Should I rely on engine power source identified by VIN: "240 PS" / "250 PS" or better way exists?

We have the ecoboost 25T - not a bad engine at all though best driven in dynamic with the gearing. The engine cover has a hole pretty much right in the centre for the dipstick. On the pictures of the igenium 25T, the hole is off to the right side as you face it.
